This workshop will teach skills you can practise daily for mind-body balance and a glowing complexion, inspired by concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Reset and rejuvenate with this deeply relaxing evening of self care, after the hectic holiday period.
Led by Acupuncturist and Holistic Facialist, Sara Buttanshaw, at the beautiful Fumbally Stables in Dublin city centre.
